In November 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs. Sophie Avril, International Director of FERRANDI PARIS, and Mrs. Mathilde Bernès, Head of International Partnerships and Projects. They visited us at our invitation to attend the annual Beaujolais Nouveau 2024 event, organized by the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Beyond the event, the guests had the opportunity to visit the village of Golyama Zhelyazna, where they observed the construction progress of the future culinary school. They also visited the Municipality of Troyan and met with the town’s mayor, Mrs. Donka Mikhaylova, as well as the Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning, Construction, and Projects, Mr. Nikolay Raykovski.
Mrs. Donka Mikhaylova expressed her gratitude to the guests not only for their visit but also for the ongoing collaboration with the “Sharena Zadruga” association:
"I look forward to Golyama Zhelyazna becoming a model for repurposing abandoned rural school buildings and revitalizing the life of our villages."
