Sharena Fabrika School for Gastronomy, in partnership with one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in Europe - FERRANDI Paris, offers professional programs in French cuisine, Balkan cuisine, bakery, and pastry arts, developed following the proven methodology of the renowned French culinary school.


In addition to its professional programs, the school offers short courses and masterclasses for both enthusiasts and professionals who wish to explore new flavors, techniques, and ideas. The programs are suitable for beginners eager to step into the culinary world, as well as for experienced chefs seeking inspiration and refinement.

The Diploma of Gastronomic Excellence

The Diploma of Gastronomic Excellence is an intensive program developed in collaboration with FERRANDI Paris for future innovators and leaders in gastronomy. It combines practical training, theoretical knowledge, and mentorship from leading chefs, preparing participants for a successful career in professional kitchens or their own culinary ventures.

Professional Certificate in French & Balkan Culinary Arts

Sharena Fabrika, in partnership with FERRANDI Paris, offers training in French and Balkan cuisine. Students can choose between a two-week introductory course in French culinary fundamentals and a 19-week professional program that combines classic and modern techniques from both culinary traditions.

Professional Certificate in French Bakery

Sharena Fabrika offers French bakery training through two programs – a two-week beginner course and a 16-week professional certificate. Participants learn techniques for working with sourdough and dough, master both classic and modern methods, and immerse themselves in the traditions of the French bakery.

Professional Certificate in French Pastry

Sharena Fabrika, in partnership with FERRANDI Paris, offers training in French pastry through two programs – a two-week introductory course and a 16-week professional certificate. Participants learn techniques for creating classic and contemporary desserts while developing precision, creativity, and a refined sense of taste.

Focus

The building of the primary school in the village of. It will become an inspiring and creative place, bringing together people from all over the world, ready to learn the basics of French cuisine, to rediscover the diversity of Balkan cuisine, to experience different traditional flavors from around the world or to devote themselves to baking and pastry.

 

The school will have three teaching kitchens and one exhibition kitchen, each ready to accommodate up to 12 students and one chef.

 

The professional premises are set up for training and working with modern equipment, for practical exams and also for filming culinary shows. This allows future chefs to immerse themselves in both the authentic atmosphere of a professional kitchen and the dynamics of a TV competition, building on their experience and creating a rich portfolio to help them continue their professional path.

THE TEAM

The International School “Sharena Fabrika” opens its doors under the patronage of one of the oldest culinary arts schools in Europe – FERRANDI Paris. This partnership gives students the opportunity to develop and enhance their culinary skills, trained by internationally recognized experts. Alongside them, some of the most experienced and established Bulgarian culinary professionals also take part in the programs.
