The project
The project "Sharena Fabrika" aims to create an inspiring and creative creative space, encouraging the development and dissemination of different crafts and culinary skills, focusing on vocational training for people graduated from secondary education.
The plan
Our plan includes the reconstruction of the old school and several iconic village buildings such as the bakery and the bathhouse. Our desire is to restore them while preserving their architecture and spirit.
We have involved a team of planners and architects, designers, energy efficiency and heating experts, as well as geologists who have carried out surveys and studies of the site and buildings. So far we have completely renovated all systems and installations, introducing new and modern technologies that can make the spaces energy efficient and sustainable.
In parallel, we work with culinary experts, crafts specialists, and technical experts to develop advanced technology plans for equipping each room and common areas in the complex.
