We are pleased to announce that UniCredit Bulbank is the financial partner of the "Sharena Fabrika" project. The official agreement was signed on December 17, 2024.

The financing from UniCredit Bulbank amounts to 6 million BGN.

It is supported by the European Union through the "InvestEU" fund, as part of the overall framework for supporting micro, small, and medium-sized businesses "UniCredit for Bulgaria."

"We are glad that a financial institution like UniCredit Bulbank supports the project and, importantly, that it resonates with its values and philosophy. The restoration of an abandoned school and the construction of an educational complex is not just a project, but also a long-term strategy for preserving our cultural traditions and promoting them by passing on knowledge about culinary arts and crafts," shared one of the founders of "Sharena Fabrika." - Rositsa Mutafchieva.

The concept of sustainability in this business project, as well as its educational focus, attracted us to it. In line with our commitment as a bank to create opportunities for growth, we support the construction of the culinary school and believe in its future success," said Krum Alexiev, Director of Corporate Clients at UniCredit Bulbank

"Sharena Fabrika" plans to open its doors in 2026 under the patronage of one of the oldest culinary schools in France, FERRANDI Paris. As an official partner, the Bulgarian school will issue FERRANDI Paris certificates to those who complete the full training course.

In the second phase of the project, the construction of the crafts school is planned, where active Bulgarian craftsmen with years of experience and high professionalism will teach.

Last but not least, knowledge remains the most important and necessary investment for personal and professional development, and we believe that in 2026, we will open the doors of 'Sharena Fabrika' as a place where people with an interest in culinary arts and crafts will be able to gain the necessary knowledge, high-level professional training, and inspiration to successfully realize themselves in their careers," added Rositsa Mutafchieva.
