International Culinary School

The main building of the old school in the village of Golyama Zhelyazna will be transformed into an International School of Culinary Arts. A partner in the project is one of the oldest and internationally renowned schools of gastronomy and culinary arts, FERRANDI Paris.
 

Among the highlights of the programs will be the study of French cuisine, while simultaneously emphasizing the preservation of traditional Balkan homemade recipes and cooking styles. Specialized masterclasses in baking, pastry, and confectionery will be organized.

Structure

The future campus will feature a boarding school and a day school for culinary arts, offering theoretical and practical specialized training in various disciplines.

Courses will be divided into programs for:

  • Beginners | 2 weeks and 1 month

  • Advanced | 2 months

Upon successfully completing each stage of the training, students will receive internationally recognized certificates. Completing all levels, including 3 disciplines each, will guarantee them a professional diploma.

The school will have its own restaurant and bakery, open to external visitors. There, students will gain practical knowledge and enhance their skills.

The International School of Culinary Arts will accommodate up to 80 students.

Focus

The International School of Culinary Arts will provide diverse training opportunities. In addition to the core programs, special masterclasses and short courses will be organized, led by established and internationally recognized chefs.

  • Baking and Pastry

  • Confectionery

The Team

The International School of Culinary Arts will open its doors under the patronage of one of the oldest culinary schools in Europe, "FERRANDI Paris". Partnering with them will provide future students with the opportunity to develop and enhance their culinary skills, taught by internationally recognized specialists following a Western model. Alongside them, some of the most experienced and creative Bulgarian culinary experts will also be included in the programs.
